• All embroidery pieces are handcrafted by artisans in Suzhou, China.
• Each piece is unique; minor differences from product images are natural and expected.
• Colors may vary slightly due to lighting conditions and screen settings.
• Dimensions are approximate and may vary by up to 2 cm due to the handmade nature.
• All materials are premium mulberry silk threads on silk or cotton fabric bases

2. Orders & Payments

Order Acceptance:

• Submitting an order is an offer to purchase, not a binding contract.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion.
• An order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us.

Payment:

• We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal.
• All transactions are securely processed via PCI-compliant payment providers.
• Prices are listed in USD and may be converted to your local currency by your bank.
• We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer international shipping via DHL Express and FedEx.
• Standard shipping: 7-15 business days; Express: 3-7 business days
• Custom orders require an additional 5-10 business days for production.
• Import duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Standard items can be returned within 30 days in their original, undamaged condition.
• Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless defective.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.

5. Intellectual Property

• Product designs are protected by intellectual property laws.

• We guarantee the authenticity and quality of all products.
• Damage from improper care, display, or storage is not covered.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHINE WORLD shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use
• Damage caused by not following care instructions
• Losses from force majeure events
• Our total liability is limited to the product's purchase price.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation; if unsuccessful, they shall be submitted to the competent court in Suzhou, China.
